Estol Verd Celler is located in the town of Rodonyà, in Alt Camp (Tarragona-Catalonia), in the Cal Joan Rosset manor house. In the past, the winery had already produced wines that were intended for bulk sale to large companies that later sold them at retail.
It is a small winery where we make wines from grapes from our estates. We harvest them manually, always choosing the area and varieties most favorable for our wine, looking for the optimal harvest point to ensure the good quality of the wine. Once the grapes are in the winery, we make them according to our criteria, whether when putting them in barrels or making the blends, which we choose by consensus between us.
As for bottling and labeling, we do it almost manually.

OREIN-TAST – Wines, nature and hiking
Orien-tast is a group wine tourism experience, it is a hiking activity in which you have to search for and taste various wines hidden on different routes that pass through the Estol Verd Celler estates (Rodonyà), discovering the agroecology, landscape and history of the rural world.

On each route you will discover our agricultural environment. Each season of the year the vineyard provides us with a landscape of different colors. You will walk through almond and olive trees so characteristic of our environment. While enjoying the aromas and flavors of our wine.
You will be able to taste the wines in the countryside and self-assess your level of tasting in a fun way, discussing in a group or individually the sensory aspects of the wine. All this with the help of an app called Orien-tast, which will help you follow the route and find the hidden wines. Discovering territory and nature, carrying out a healthy activity suitable for all ages, in which the little ones can also participate and find their little treasure.
